DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Heraklion Airport (HER) – via National Highway E-75
1. Leave Airport towards highway (E-75 is the highway that connects the Northern coast of Crete from Chania to Agios Nikolaos) with direction to Heraklion/Irakleio/Ηράκλειο.  Entrance to E-75 is via short road that starts at Airport exit (there is an Air Force base gate at the beginning of this road) and leads inlands – ramp to enter highway is on the right after about 300 m.
2. Driving west for about 4 km take the second exit for Heraklion/Knossos/Ηράκλειο/Κνωσσός (ramp on the right) to Heraklion.
3. At the end of the ramp turn right at traffic lights (on your left will be the highway bridge over you) to Heraklion.
4. Continue straight (this is Knossou Avenue/Λεωφόρος Κνωσσού) through next traffic lights.
5. After the traffic lights in about 200 m veer to the right onto the overpass (overhead sign towards Centre/Κέντρο).
6. You will enter Dimokratias Avenue/Λεωφόρος Δημοκρατίας at the end of the overpass (traffic lights).
7. Continue straight for about 200 m through second traffic lights.

From Heraklion Port
1. Exit Ferry port straight through the traffic lights into Ethnikis Antistaseos Avenue/Λεωφόρος Εθνικής Αντιστάσεως (you will cross the coastal highway).
2. As you enter Ethnikis Antistaseos/Εθνικής Αντιστάσεως you will see a big, circular building on your right (ATE Bank) and then an old brick factory at the traffic lights (these will be the second lights you come across).  McDonalds is on the opposite right corner.
3. Continue on Ethnikis Antistaseos/Εθνικής Αντιστάσεως for about 600 m.  You will go through two more traffic lights (at the second lights there will be an ELTA/ΕΛΤΑ Post Office on your right).
4. At these lights (Post Office) turn right and drive uphill veering to the left.
5. At the traffic light at the top of the hill turn left, into Dimokratias Avenue/Λεωφόρος Δημοκρατίας.
6. After about 50 m Galaxy is on your left!  You are allowed to turn left into our street.

From Agios Nikolaos and Eastern Crete – via National Highway E-75
1. You will already be on E-75 coming from the East.
2. Take the exit for Heraklion/Knossos/Ηράκλειο/Κνωσσός (ramp on the right) to Heraklion.
3. At the end of the ramp turn right at traffic lights (on your left will be the highway bridge over you) to Heraklion.
4. Continue straight (this is Knossou Avenue/Λεωφόρος Κνωσσού) through next traffic lights.
5. After the traffic lights in about 200 m veer to the right onto the overpass (overhead sign towards Centre/Κέντρο).
6. You will enter Dimokratias Avenue/Λεωφόρος Δημοκρατίας at the end of the overpass (traffic lights).
7. Continue straight for about 200 m through second traffic lights.

From Chania – Rethymnon and Western Crete – via National Highway E-75
1. You will already be on E-75 coming from the West.
2. Take the exit for Heraklion/Knossos/Ηράκλειο/Κνωσσός (ramp on the right) to Heraklion.
3. At the top of the ramp (traffic lights) turn left (you will be on the bridge overpassing the highway) to Heraklion.
4. Continue straight to the end of the downhill to next traffic lights.  At lights turn left (this is Knossou Avenue/Λεωφόρος Κνωσσού).
5. After the traffic lights in about 200 m veer to the right onto the overpass (overhead sign towards Centre/Κέντρο).
6. You will enter Dimokratias Avenue/Λεωφόρος Δημοκρατίας at the end of the overpass (traffic lights).
7. Continue straight for about 200 m through second traffic lights.
